Standard Iron & Engine Works, Ltd - Edmonton, Alberta

Little is known about the Standard Iron & Engine Works of Edmonton, Alberta, except that they made agricultural machinery, including sweep rakes, and that they made a tug boat named the "Radium Scout". They also made the fire hydrant shown here. This is one of several Canadian "clones" of the List 90 hydrant made by Ludlow Valve.
